Reviews for Bamboo, the Guesthouse
I would give 6 stars to this place! Amazing experience! They were able to accommodate us literally last minute. The room was amazing. Very unique. And the bed was sooooo comfy!! The staff were SUPER FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. And the fact that they catered a specific vegan meal at breakfast for us upon finding out that we are indeed vegan, was superb. You guys are definitely doing customer service right!
Very friendly service and awesome rooms that are very private
Had a good stay in this beautiful accommodation. This was our second visit. The breakfast was excellent set in a cosy dinning room. Good value for money
Absolutely one of our favorite stops on our trip on the garden route!! Highly recommend! Wonderful charm --- wonderful people/service! The food was delicious in the morning, the pool was chilly--but refreshing nonetheless -(we were there in March). Bought a whole bunch of local artist artwork there too---just a wonderful place all around!
Best place to stay in knysna
Place live out of the Pirates of the Caribbean awesome people staying or passing through eager to share their stories. Definitely visit Granny's shop as well!
Great guesthouse with friendly people! We had a braai and the suite. It was very large and a fun atmosphere. I would definitely go back. The wifi even let us watch our favorite series by night.
Actually a nice place. But because of a booking change we had to get some money back. After a few mails back and forth they stoped responding and we are still waiting for our money.
Very nice accommodation. Owners very generous to allow fire fighters to overnight during the fire. Very open and welcoming.
"A stay in eden"
Our stay was great. The garden was in top condition ( Knysna has a serious water problem ). And you really get the impression of the garden of eden. Keep it up.
"Bamboo Guest House"
We had a great stay here. Our host Jaynie has a brilliant personality and made us very welcome. The rooms were lovely and it was great to arrive and find drinks and nibbles in the room. The wine certainly went down well! It just had a lovely atmosphere and she was always ready to offer assistance when required. The breakfast room in the garden is quaint and a good selection of food for breakfast. I was concerned about being away from the Waterfront but in fact I think this was better. Highly recommended.
