Reviews for Cape Town Lodge Hotel
Close to tourist streets with some fine local food and clothing as well as tourist stuff. Hotel at No Kaap area. Rooms are fine with fridge separate sink and clean
The cape Town Lodge hotel is very central placed. You are at the corner of Bree Street where there are plenty of restaurants and bars, so you don't have to walk for at night. We had the best room over the table mountain and lions head. I was stunned by it every day. The staff at the reception are extremely helpful and friendly. The bar is great in the late evening for a drink and a cigarette. The only thing to say is that i wish they would cook the bacon some more The hotel is really great.
Please improve breakfast.
The loft apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The views are lovely. Can hear a bit of the traffic in the day..but not too bad.
As After School Game Changer Practitioners we held a work shop at Cape Town Lodge Hotel . Facilities are 5op of the class in my opinion. Catering off course would take cherry on top . Mingling with other game changers from all over the Western Cape was the best. Their staff always friendly, they will greet you with a smile.
Cold water when taking a bath.Staff barges in without knocking to check our bar fridgeNo feedback from management regarding our request.Staff in the parking.. thumbs up keep up the good workThe list is endless.
Woow very nice place ,its my first time to stay with you but not the last. Your staff services is outstanding friendly people.Rooms are very neat and breakfast is awesome .
The stay at the hotel was excellent; the room was spacious, clean. Hotel location is in the city centre so easy to get places.Checkin and out was quick. Price for the room was not expensive. Breakfast was good.
I was disappointed in a hotel of this high quality for their lack of service to simple requests. The hotel is beautiful, neat and clean. They also offer a lovely continental breakfast.Their gym is hard to find as it is not clearly indicated where to go and no towels are available to use as indicated in their information booklet in the rooms. It is a well equipped gym that also has a water dispenser, no showers or WC fasilities at the gym.I was told by housekeeping that they do not supply extra amenities in the room as specified in their information booklet and suggested that I "walk across the street and go buy extra milk".I confirmed this with reception and they informed me that they DO give extra amenities on request and apologies, they said that they will tend ti my request. But unfortunately there was never tended to any of my requests. Most of the staff was friendly.
Great same as last time this room was even nicer than the last. TV channels still rubbish though, like to watch international news in the mornings CNN please! Back again soon hopefully.
We stayed at this beautiful and well situated hotel two weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised, given the poor reviews posted. I must say our experience at this hotel was the exact opposite. All the staff from the manager, front desk, housekeeping etc were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help with any of our needs/questions. Our room was spacious and clean, with a fridge and a beautiful view of Table Mountain. Internet was available in the room. We were a few blocks away from Long and Bree Street and walking distance to Green Market Square. If you like to walk you can walk to Table Mountain (or back to the hotel) in 30 minutes.
Nice, clean and well located. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms not too big. De lux rooms very fine and equipped. Excellent ratio quality price
Lovely hotel. Staff are so friendly. Facilities are great as well.
Overall good. Rooms very clean. Stayed plenty of times and they always try and say you took something from the mini bar when checking out. Very annoying.
Extremely bad service from the Manager and staff. Not impressed at all. The worst service l have ever seen in my entire travelling life. Booked online business trip and made to wait because they want a security deposit which we were not informed of when we booked and paid.Terrible treatment and definitely not coming back to this one.
Had a conference. Facilities were good, clean and neat. The food was of good quality and well presented. Food during coffee breaks was not really great. Parking provided for guests but have to park double.
