Reviews for Chameleon
It was a quick pop-in for some tea. Couldn't experience any more than that 30 minutes. It was a clean restaurant with good service.
Real value for your money!
Friendly staff and quick service
Friendly charming place. Good coffee and cake
Tasty food. Quick service. Friendly staff
Reasonable pricing, facilities good, food excellent, acoomodation well equipted and clean.
Came all the way from Port Elizabeth on a Sunday morning at 11AM. Was sent away by staff, because there was a few bikers eating inside. Not impressed at all.
Best pizza and steaks.
Cosy spot in kirkwood. The locals enjoy their food so this is a must try!
Gotta love the owner. His jokes are on par. He often serves his own customers and does so with verve and energy. It is the only restaurant in Kirkwood so far we know, so unless you can drive to the Lookout (another restaurant in the greater area) this is your stop of choice. They have a fuller menu, but the owner recommends any of their four pizzas. We ordered one with cheese, ham, bacon, peppers and pineapple. The cheese is put on last, so it locks in extra moisture and seems much thicker. They had appropriate to generous portions of toppings, but there were no peppers. The tomato base was very skimpy. The cappuccino is massive. It is garnished with a teaspoonful of cacao. It wasn't the best at all, but if you're into a large weak coffee, perhaps this is for you.
Decent food. Love the people there.
Had a very nice stay at Chameleon.
"Lovely and hospitable!"
An overnight stay at Chameleon turned into a wonderful experience with a very friendly, helpful and hospitable host. The cottage was well equipped and within walking distance from the Chameleon Restaurant, which serves lovely meals. Thank you very much!
