Reviews for Dalberry Guest House
Perfect! I just love this place very clean and staff very accommodating. Food is delicious,I will recommend to friends and family to visit this place. I will always come back. Walking distance to the shops and Monte Casino.swimming pools are so clean, the receptionist and the Owner are so accommodating.
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable but our bookings for 8 business traveller's were incorrect and 1 colleague wasn't booked in. Only 2 colleagues received a dinner voucher for the 1st evening , the rest did not. Upon arrival we were informed the restaurant was closed anyway and had to be refunded their dinner money. Reception was closed on the 2nd night there as a colleague arrived to check in - Dalberry was informed she would be a late arrival. The breakfasts need a bit of an upgrade, service is slow and the bar fridge prices are ridiculously high.Better communication and an apology where needed would have gone a long way.
Been there for my birthday spa treatment. Nice place. Very quite
Beautiful guesthouse in Fourways, Sandon. Near to Monte Casino and alot of night life. My choice of accommodation JHB when I'm there
Just lovely. The main attraction was Smoking Joe's Rib Shack - best ribs in Johannesburg!
It is a nice place to be. Conveniently located in quite place within Fourways, Sandton in Johannesburg, South Africa. It is within short distance to Fourways shopping mall and Monte Cassino. They have good security with automated gate where guests are given remote control for self opertation. The rooms are clean. Some have self catering services. They have fans and gas heaters.
Awesome food.Joe makes one feel like he is serving you as part if his family Ribs, chips.slaw to die for. Then the carrot cake and key lime tart, wow!!
Beautiful place. Friendly staff and the Hot Stone massage is to die for
Stayed for a week on business. The staff are friendly and the service is great. WiFi isn't so great so maybe have your own data just in case. Owners are very welcoming and accommodating as well. Food was lovely, and the guesthouse is located very close to malls.
Beautiful...enjoyed our stay
Went for a Spa treatment. ..let's must say it was far from relaxing or luxurious. ..rather stay away
Nice cozy place.
Loved it and will still visit and visit again...
Great spa wonderful service
The guesthouse is nice and central. The lovely garden and pool added a homely feel. It was neat and tidy. Suited our needs perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rates are very reasonable considering it Includes breakfast. Really enjoyed our short stay.
"Overnight stay for cycle challenge"
We booked four rooms at Dalberry prior to our participation in the 94.7 cycle challenge and the rooms are very nice, neat and spacious with everything you need. However we enquired about breakfast which they only serve from 08:30, so we requested an earlier breakfast as we had an early start for the cycle challenge, however when we pitched up for breakfast, the only breakfast served were cereal, fruit and small yoghurts....not even hot coffee and staff was no where to be found .Imagine our dissapointment as we had to leave, still quite hungry and go and cycle 95km. The breakfast was insufficient especially for grown men. We would stay over again, but just leave earlier for a proper breakfast somewhere else.
