Reviews for Destiny Exclusive Hotel
This is quite a decent venue for a conference. It's easy to find, with a lot of space to accommodate guests. The food was delicious as well!
perfect setting. conferencing is amazing.rooms are of high standard. food is excellent..service delivery from the highest standard..
Delicious food. Black owned upmarket venue. Still adding some finishing touches but overall lively conference venue.
This is truly a 5 star Conference Centre. Good facilities..ample parking. Good quality food - real winner.
(1) Two contrasting experiences. The place is very good BUT the signage towards the place from the R21 off ramp is non existence(2) They dont have a crowd management during lunch. People have to que for 30minutes to get food. Terrible.. please fix urgently otherwise the good Destiny place is brought down by that
We went on Saturday with hubby. Receptionist was lovely and helpful. Rooms are clean. I was not happy at all with the Dinning service, it took 15 to 20 minutes for the waitress to attend to us. Menu was had written. I ordered Beef lasagna and I got lasagna soup so discussing. I couldnt even eat it. I ask the waiter if that was the lasagna or soup lasagna and she said the chef said his lasagna comes with source. I called the manager and they changed my dish to chicken and green salad with was not nice at all the salad was off the color and chicken I dont know.
Very patient and accommodating of all the challenges a huge group brings. Helpful, friendly staff. Thank you!
We were at this Convention centre on Saturday 21 July 2018 and this centre was definitely not worth the previous reviews. The toilets were disgusting and dirty. No one had cleaned there when we arrived at 2pm. The drinks and food available to purchase were seriously over priced. R25 for a 250ml ice tea, R60something rand for half a wrap and R70 for a slice of cheese cake. I am not impressed.

The place is beautiful, but they don't have a buffet. We waited for almost an hour and a half to get our food. Their shuttle was an hour late, so we ended up arriving late for our meeting
Great place and awesome servise
Great venue. Not such good catering service
Had a work function here in November 2017. Staff were mostly friendly. The food was alright - under seasoned. The conference venue looks very nice - beautiful interior. I was not happy with the price of a 500ml bottle of still water - R30! That is daylight robbery! Didn't even get to ask about the alcohol prices. The juice that was served on arrival was absolutely awful too - like powdered drink mixed with water. It was so sweet it actually hurt! I would love to see more effort put into the welcome drinks - anything would have been better than that "juice". I have no idea about the accommodation or value for money. Just experience a day time function there.
This place is beautiful. The conference rooms are very nice and modern. The food is delicious. They also have accommodation. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
"pocket friendly comfort and style"
Being away from home often is not the easiest, but Destiny Exclusive hotel made it so much easier. Good food at reasonable pricing as well super friendly and helpful staff.
Will definitely return.
