The food was excellent and the atmosphere great in this very old hotel. The service was impecable. I hope that the hotel will be serviced and kept for many years to come and not be left to deteriorate. Our experience was great and we loved the antiques.

Old traditional atmosphere with very interesting antique sorroundings. Very warm romantic place to take your loved one tranquil and relaxing. Good selection of menu with buffet sometimes depending on your asking about it before booking or reserving your table

My Word! Where do I start!? The Breakfast! It was absolutely the best I've had at a Hotel yet. The Suites are not normal old units like any other - It's old Time Victorian Era Houses! They are styled to perfection and you truly feel like the upper echelons of Royalty from yesteryear when inside. The Beds are the best and having a little fire burning at a fireplace was the most comfortable warmth! Wow! This is a Super-Reccomend! THE STAFF! Wow The Staff are just phenomenal ; they really take pride in their work and it truly shows! A big huge massive part of Cradock! I will return there whenever close by.

One of the few decent legacy hotels still in business. Dining room with loads of atmosphere. Book a room away from the main road. The noise of the trucks keeps you awake at night.

It is a very nice and safe place. We got a whole house, just for one night! The car is safely parked behind the hotel. Very comfortable and safe feeling as well.

lovely environment and well restored houses. It is a pity that trucks can destroy the quietness of this so typically Karoo village.
