Reviews for Ecotel Premier Lodge & Conference Centre
service and ambience not great
Beautiful place indeed nice decor with inviting swimming pool green gardens lovely green potplants grass and trees. Rooms are clean and tidy bathroom bit small. Can do with small bar frudges in rooms specially during summer. More experienced waiters to serve guests. Chef tried her best to satisfy our needs her food was tasty and delicious but she needs more help and there was nobody to asdist us in breakfast atea when we needed something. Reception staff were friendly helpful and acvommodative. Big thank you to Lugie and also Owen who really go the extra mile for us.
Nice surroundings and well decorated out. Unfortunely the rest of our stay we not so good. We arrived late Friday night after a long drive. There were only 2 of each tea, coffe, sugar no cremora or milk. We had to request more and the remote for the tv. There was a function on when we arrived, thankfully the noise level had dropped by midnight.Breakfast on Saturday morning was lovely and well served. On return on the Saturday eveing NO original tea just Rooibos so went to reception to request orginial tea and was told that there was no original tea only rooibos in the entire hotel. Once again there was a function on and they contiuned to party on and were still having a party at 6:30am on the Sunday morning, patrons walking around with bottles of beer and other alchol beverages, half clothed and being very noisy. Disappointing night sleep we had again a lovely breakfast and left. Very sad to say that we will not be returning to this Conference Centre.
Clean and cosy rooms. Well worth a visit. Secure complex .
Worst service ever. Reception is dirty, staff are inconsiderate of guests. House keeping staff shout by the doors even when one has a "do not disturb" sign on. There are rats running in the ceiling.
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! The beds, the TV, the cute bathrooms, the blankets. Would love to go back here
The service and the hospitality and that you can bring your own food to braai.
Lovely safe location. Comfy bed take your own toiletries and loo paper as there was non in our room.. only one small bar of soap and one loo roll for the entire stay.
Where do I even begin. I celebrated my 24 birthday last week. The place is so amazing, from the welcome we got from the staff to the pool area, the rooms. The Wi-Fi was not so strong in the rooms. By we did not mind as we came to party. The food was very nice. I can gladly say a hidden gem has been found. We will definitely come back. Keep up the great job
The ladies that work here should learn more from the Xhosa guy he is excellent the guy should be their trainer on how to welcome and talk to guests
I liked this place.....it was very clean and beautiful.....the room was nice i liked it.....just go and experience the warmth of that place....
Lovey joint with luxurious facilities suitable for both pleasure and business stay. Nice weekend away place.
"Cape Town Male Voice Choir Visit 15-18/9/2016"
Our choir of 38 members was accommodated for 3 nights between 15 and 17 Sept 2016. The group booking was very efficiently handled and all problems prior to arrival were dealt with efficiently, promptly and politely by Nandipha.
Our members were generally happy with their accommodation and the group meals which were provided, sometimes at relatively short notice. The kitchen staff were very accommodating and helpful in this respect.
Throughout our stay we found Nandipha and her staff extremely helpful and obliging, and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
We would certainly stay here again if we visit Benoni again as a choir, particularly considering the very reasonable rate we were offered.
"Clean, friendly, noisy no little comforts"
friendly service and staff. Small and "cosy" rooms. No kettle in rooms for tea or coffee. And with large window at entrance every sound is heard from outside. Walking talking and doors opening. Every outside noise is audible.
