Hilton Cape Town is an ideal centrally located 5 star hotel to base yourself when in Cape town. The halal restaurant and dry hotel is ideal for families and strict followers of Islam. You have to walk up to Bo Kaap and experience real Malay Cape Town while staying at the Hilton. highly recommended with very reasonable rates.

I spent a week here in September 2018. It was all together a great experience. Seamless check-in, very well trained staff, great food, and clean room. Access to the Executive Lounge was an added bonus. One weird feature was that guests had elevator access to their own floors only.Verdict: recommended.

I had a great family vacation here. Largely due to excellent service and above excellent suggestions and helpful people. Arranging breakfast at early hours, good food was all part of their charm.

Very nice rooms. Very nice people. Good breakfast buffet but good was cold from buffet. Only order fresh made eggs if you want something hot. Nice executive and meeting room capabilities. Nice pool/ bar area but closed due to water restrictions right now.

Front desk staff, cafe/dining and concierge teams were fantastic. Beds and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only weird and vaguely annoying but was that the cleaning staff always came around 5 or 9pm, when we were getting ready for dinner or coming back in for the night. Why wait until there's guaranteed to be someone in the room?

I had a lovely time at the Hilton in Cape Town. Great customer service, great breakfast, and lots of water (if you've been following Cape Town news you know what I'm talking about!). Got an upgrade courtesy of a partner was traveling with so my room was really lovely. Had a balcony overlookin BoKaap and the little mountains in the background. Was a great spot for catching some sun as I was visiting in winter time. Loved also that my room had a tub. And lets just say I loved the lighting layout of the hotel. Certainly much more functional than the room I got at the Hilton in Joburg. Just for the record, this hotel is 'Halal' so works really well for the Muslim brotherhood too! Thanks for a great time

I had a short but great stay at this property! The decor and ambience is modern but warm and inviting.I stayed on the 8th floor and had spectacular views of Table Mountain and Bo Kaap. The view at night is just as incredible!I loved that the room had a great work station, it made my work trip that much more productive. If you have access to the executive lounge, it's highly recommended! The food and beverage is fab! The high tea is an absolute indulgence! The location of the hotel is brilliant! Easy to get in and out of town, and close to a whole bunch of hot spots. If you're parking a car, beware parking isn't free, and neither is it cheap! I paid R170 per day/night! Overall, the experience was lovely! Staff are very welcoming and friendly, and clearly well trained too.

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Top service offered to Diamond HH members.. Good lounge with yummy breakfast served daily. Rooms are large, airy, well appointed with interesting views. A good location to stay when in Capetown either on business or for leisure. The large avenue bordering one side of the of the hotel can be busy at time

Excellent choice. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly throughout hotel. Paul on Concierge desk gave us really helpful advice on the area and organised great guide to take us on a day trip down to the Cape and all the great places in between. The hotel has great facilities and we had a lovely spacious room on 7th floor which was very quiet with distant view of waterfront. Free shuttle bus to V&A Waterfront came in handy too. Really enjoyed our stay.

We just received exceptionally good service for our last minute anniversary celebration. They have the most warm hearted and friendly staff I've come across thus far. Keep it Up! Food at Cafe 126 Cape was excellent. Had a really comfortable and relaxed evening. THANK YOU!

It's situated tiny bit outside the city center, so don't get confused by the name. Very clean and nice. Staff very very polite and always with a smile. Concierge super efficient. The fitness area and the swimming pool are not the best in town but for sure you don't choose to stay here based on that.
