Reviews for Natures Haven Lodge - Bluff Eco Park
Would have earned a 5-star had it had good Wifi in the Reception/Afros Chicken Shop area. Best wifi is in the Social Centre, which is poorly ventilated and for non-smokers a very unpleasant place to be in when a smoker is in. No regulations regarding smokers in the Social Centre, which is odd considering the name "Social Centre". Hmmm!
how fantastic, perfect place for a quick get away. The best spot for first time campers and family vacations.Grounds are big and open water points and electricity greatly useful. This park was very enjoyable incredible bird life many species to be seen.
Quiet place and cozy but you need to shower and go to the bathroom with open windows you can't close
Camped there for a month. Beautiful park will live there if i could. Very clean and well looked after. Thank you for your service. Staff always friendly
Impact Adventure Africa is using Bluff Eco Park as our home base during KZN trip. Very accommodating and the eco concept is really something everyone should consider. Love tge place, great staff, awesome camping sites
Had my wedding there. Amazing place. Malls around, but yet still peaceful
Toilets clean but no mop or broom as is suggested to clean up after yourself, no one night stay over camping which would be nice if you need a quick stop over, because camping rates are very reasonable and easy access being into town.
great place for a first time camper. electricity points and clean toilet and shower facilities are readily available. worth it at R85 per person
This place is just wonderful! The price for camping was great, the ablution blocks were very clean and surprisingly modern for a campsite. The area to do your dishes was also nice and big. The grounds also offer a swimming pool which is huge and surprisingly (pleasantly) warm, great for the days when the ocean is too rough... There is also an area to play pool but I never got around to that area. The campsite itself was nice and big and the electricity there was very useful. It is quite safe there but be aware of the monkeys! They start early with scavenging.
Beautiful, convenient, well maintained self catering accommodation for people who love nature and the great outdoors. Definitely going back if we have the chance
Looked clean did not even know it was there till wife went to a baby shower.
Never been inside but according to the fotos it's awesome. ....soon I'm going to see for real

Although we only spent one night at this establishment we were very happy with our choice. As they say on their brochure, this is only a step up from camping, but this is exactly what makes the place special. Wooden huts in between the trees, with sufficient amenities. Listening to the animal noises from dusk till dawn creates the idea that you are far removed from the city. Advice: Take along mozzie repellent ;)
"Family stay in the Log Cabins"
We booked online to stay at the Natures haven lodge at the Bluff Eco park. Upon receiving the booking confirmation I e-mailed both the establishment and safarinow to enquire about what amenities were provided and what we needed to bring along. I did not receive a response from either :( so we assumed that tea/sugar/towels and soaps would be provided for our one night stay which was not the case so we had to go and purchase towels in town which was not planned at all and expensive had they just responded to the mail this issue could of been avoided . Upon arriving we were greeted by a friendly security guard and given directions to our cabins. the cabins were quaint and well equipped for self catering. There were many many cabins there but instead of being placed in a cabin away from other guests we were set right next door to a group of rather noisy adults and got very little sleep. We were not told where the bathrooms were and had to search the premises for this - the bathrooms were clean and pleasant. My 3 year old daughter wanted to play on the jungle gym and unfortunately it was not very safe with loose pannelig and a loose slide with big sharp stones cemented at the bottom of the slide making her first slide extremely painful and could not further play. We were not told there was a restaurant on-site so missed out on trying this. There was no wood provided for the bonfire area either. We were very disappointed with our stay and had there just been communication and response to our emails this could of been avoided.
