[October 2018] Our stay at the Oceans Hotel was fantastic. Tia, the manageress went out of her way to find us another room and the staff was very friendly and the rooms and grounds were kept clean and tidy every day. A special thanks to Petro, Pasqueline and Kelly, the dining room staff for always being friendly and willing to please you. Thank you Oceans Hotel for making our week stay in Mossel Bay a holiday to remember. Dennis & Charmaine

Great hotel! Pretty and clean, excellent service. Just a pity there is no sea view, as the bushes in the dune in front have grown so much

Very comfortable, great staff and really well priced. We got this incredible room for just R450 per night. Great place, well located and friendly staff. That said, we just stayed a single night in transit.

Didn't stay it seemed a bit disorganized. Bit like a zoo. I didn't realize it was a Sunday buffet and people ate before noon. Maybe it was first come first served.

Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach. Friendly staff. Oldish structure, but very well maintained..refurbished very modern. Clean rooms and outside facilities including swimming pools. Our unit was comfortable and adequate for 2 people and as a self catering unit had all the facilities...fridge/freezer, stove and micro wave. Breakfast was good and well priced.

"The stay was fine"

The stay was fine. The chalet was very clean .We did have a problem with the interns being very noisy, but we complained and the problem was sorted. Mirrors in the rooms would be nice. There was no hot water in the shower. They said they would fix it.
