Neat, simply and comfortable but more than that, the location and great views of the natural environment featuring a river, the sea, a mountain and natural vegetation! Absolutely gorgeous for a low key yet great value outdoor experience. Staff is just courteous.

"Nice setting, rooms are simple and very small"

We stayed some nights at Port St.Johns River Lodge. Rooms are very simple and pretty small, matresses of low quality. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a very nice setting, but concerning the rooms and compared to other accomodation in SA the value for money is not very good.

"Nice location"

The location of the lodge is great with a stunning view over the river and mountain. Our room was rather small and simple but had all necessary equipment in there. Breakfast was ok.
