Reviews for Pure Joy Lodge
Excellent service with nature pet,and well commutation manager 100%
If one is looking for an outdoor off the grid experience then this is it. It is a beautiful, peaceful lodge and great staff! The food however could improve. Was here for a training with colleagues and a lot of people didn't quite enjoy the food.
Serenity, peace, and beautiful place for team building and church workers worshops. Didn't like the way they are stingy with the food that we paid for
I spent a week at Pure Joy Lodge. Although it was a positive experience, my pillows weren't clean and my shower water was lukewarm. The animal pelts and trophies make me uncomfortable. That being said, the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The most friendly staff ever. Beautiful quiet environment. Loved it.
Defnitely not a four star only 5 chanells on tv. My room were full of spider webs. The railings at stairs full of dust. Not a big variety of food.
Experience was bad. There was no hot water, rooms were filthy with spider webs
Nice setting - spacious and beautiful. The food is good and the service professional
Tranquility, Birdie interaction, lovely tasty food. I want to visit you again and again, bring my family along to take lovely photo's with the birds...
As part of the Lifework Leadership course I attended a two-day retreat at this gem. The blue cranes walking around create an uniqueness rare to find. Excellent venue for corporate and family events.
Beautiful setting. Peaceful and tranquil. Lovely ambience. Good value for money
Fantastic personel. Very friendly and helpful. Food is very delicious.
A serene and comfortable lodge with very friendly and helpful staff. I came here for a work function and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My colleague stayed in one of the upstairs rooms, which was quite humid because of the thatch roof. So if the heat bothers you, make sure to get a downstairs room. The room was clean, however because of the dark tiles, I only noticed the spiderweb in my shower the second time I used the shower. Although I do not mind bugs, this was troubling as its such a vulnerable space. The food was okay- good portion sizes but not 5 star cuisine. The birds roaming around are definitely a great highlight.
