Reviews for Sabie River Camp
It's clean animal friendly and the owner was so nice (Jaco hougaard 14)
I loved it. Simply put.
Da place is beautiful, cosy and clean...I really njoyd my stay here....I'll definitely b back and will definitely recommend it to my friends and family
The tents are very clean and rather comfortable. One drawback is that we received no towels with ours. The surrounding scenery isn't wonderful but the deck next to the river is really nice. A good place to use as a base to travel from, but not the best to spend a long period of time at since there are very few things to do and the scenery at the camp is limited. When we arrived we weren't able to use the heated pool since it's not heated when the camp isn't very busy. Overall it's pretty good considering the reasonable price.
The man that helped me over the telephone was unfriendly and had an attitude. The rooms were neat but cold in winter .
We had a wonderful stay at River Camp, it was peaceful and relaxing.
What nice people. The sites are clean and the ablution blocks are constantly being cleaned till late at night even on christmas day. The only downside was the shade is at a premium. We will be back.
