The Baobab Bush Lodge - Hoedspruit, Valley of the Olifants

The Baobab Bush Lodge offers several luxurious and spacious suites. The suites blend perfectly into the African bushveld and offer privacy and tranquility

All suites have a top-quality bed, air conditioning and a private veranda. The suites are located in the beautiful open garden with swimming pool and have a view of the bush where animals such as the giraffe, zebra, kudu, porcupine and warthog roam. In addition to four suites in the garden, there is also a family suite. These two separate suites are adjacent to each other and share a bathroom with all amenities. We also offer a honeymoon suite for honeymooners. From your king-size bed you can admire the animals walking by in the bush. The large and comfortable bathroom is fully equipped and has an outdoor shower where you can shower under the African starry sky.

All rooms are cleaned daily. Each room is equipped with luxury bed linen, towels, a coffee and tea facility, minibar, a linen closet and a desk. Free Wifi is available. The rooms are suitable for two adults, but an extra single bed or baby bed can be added on request. The Baobab Bush Lodge also offers a laundry service.

All meals are prepared with local, fresh and healthy products and love. The extensive breakfast is served outdoors, with a view of the bush, in the boma (an enclosed outdoor area with a fire pit). It is possible to book half or full board. Feel free to inquire about the possibilities. We naturally take into account all dietary requests.

On Wednesdays and Saturdays, for a minimum number of four guests, an authentic African braai can be served in the rustic boma.

If you want to get out early, you will receive a luxurious and extensive breakfast box. If you are on the road all day, it is possible to bring a packed lunch in a picnic basket, including a delicious bottle of wine.

After an unforgettable day in the Kruger National Park or Blyde River Canyon, end the day by the pool and enjoy some quietness, while enjoying a snack and a drink.

In the evening under the beautiful African starry sky you can enjoy reflecting back on your successful day for hours. You can hear and admire the many African wild animals while enjoying a good glass of African wine.
