Fantastic urban central space. Located across from Cape Town Central Station, MiCity bus station, taxi's- minibus, metered, and Uber available. Great internal layout and design. Logical layout, friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant internal as well as all around.

"FANTASTIC WEEKEND IN A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT "
The apartment is very homey, quite spacious and well equipped with all the necessary cutlery, braai utensils, towels, etc. It has the most amazing views of Cape Town and a very large wrap around balcony to sit and enjoy the sunset or sunrise. The agent we dealt with was very friendly and accommodating and we will certainly return to this apartment to make more great memories.
Really beautiful place. Staff is so amazing and their hospitality is just the best. Would definitely go back there again
Old and noisy rooms. We had to change our room because there was a constant noise coming outside the window all the night. The good thing is that is close to the Waterfront.
Visited Fountains for a wedding. On arrival I asked if there was parking and and the person on duty at the garage abruptly said there was no parking. When I said that he could be polite and didnt have to be rude, he response was, This is the way I talk! When asked his name, he covered his name tag. When I asked why he had covered his name tag, he said, Because youre going to report me. I think his name is Cherubim. Disappointing, considering the other staff at the venue were helpful and friendly.
One of the best hotels in Cape Town. Placed in a central place so no special ambience is available. A small parking and beautiful restaurants at the ground floor partly satisfy our need. Rooms are well mentioned and food is beautiful. Staffs are cordial.
I stayed from Thursday 10 May t0 Sunday 13 May. It was an absolutely fantastic weekend. I loved my stay at The Fountains Hotel. The staff was amazing, they made us feel very special. I've stayed there before and I will definitely go back again.
The position of the hotel is central and convenient for visitors however , ridiculously no parking to collect your pax as the meter taxis parks all day in limited parking lots. The hotel is quite confusing with limited signage and staff to direct you to reception
Poor service. Aircons dont work. Lifts dont work. Breakfast very average. Dont go here.
An average hotel, nothing really bad to say about nor nothing good too. The 4 elevators in lobby are mess. Always at least one is broken, others let you waiting forever. The staff is polite, housekeeping been seen by me sitting inside someones room on sofa and relaxing instead doing chores (I swear to the God!). One day we lived without electricity in several hours due to maintenance, what was done in daytime.
The place is not well maintained. House keepers are very noise when preparing to clean the rooms they even make funny comments saying that we must wake-up because they also want to go home and enjoy Xmas with their families.Dinning area is very nice and has friendly staff members. Please try to improve on your bakery ie. Bread and croissants they were forever stale. NO fresh fruits were provided during breakfast only fruitsalad.I even inform my travel agent from Pentravel not to book such a hotel for her client's.In short I didn't enjoy my stay.
