Reviews for The Saffron House
You have your opinion on every bad review. A tip for you: maybe it's a good idea to see how your attitude comes across to other people ..
How anyone with such anti-social/social awkwardness can run a guest house is beyond me. The man of that house is hugely problematic (seemingly if you're not a white and also a foreign tourist). The place itself is not too shabby but certainly nothing to write home about.
Lovely stay close to everything
Warm people. Love it
Tidy and neat room with access to the swimming pool area. The garden around the pool is nicely kept. Ian and Jenny make sure that your stay over is enjoyable experience. In the kitchen Jenny is a whiz and I really enjoyed what ever is available from the menu.
Very comfortable with a helpful owner who has great local knowledge.
Stayed here for one night during a road trip through sa. Great location and a helpful host. The door of the room was a little hard to close because of wrapping of the woodwork. And the driveway was very steap. Other then that it was a good place to stay. The room was tidy, clean and well equipped.

Facilities are excellent, location is ideal, hosts are friendly. Good value for money.
"15 - 19 DECEMBER 2005 From Linda Simoes"
My husband and I found The Saffron House absolutely wonderful. Ian and Jenny were absolutely obliging with any need that we might have had. They have an absolutely wonderful disposition and could not do enough for us.The conditions of the B&B were first class. Very, very clean, neat and truly peaceful and most inviting.Breakfast was above first class! An absolutely delicious experience! Both Ian and Jen went the extra mile to make our stay the most enjoyable.Linda Simoes
