Had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and you have everything you need. The breakfast was awesome with a very nice variety
Enjoying myself in this amazing lodge with my friends keep the hard work guys
The phone to reception didn't work and no hot water. Overall bad experience
Above average... Friendly & Helpful staff. Room was clean upon arrival and the room was comfortable. Was expecting more considering the location but otherwise -ALL GOOD.
Great service, friendly and helpful staff. No disappointments at all.
Good rates, clean, friendly staff and noise isolation seems ok
Exellent service ! very friendly staff , security & safety. The rooms slightly smaller than the City Lodge @ Forways but looks & feels the same, only wish we could have a bath in room, but other wise for the prize very litle that can compare. We will definately come again
Friendly staff, clean rooms, but no bar fridges nor USB pots for charging phones - one must bring their own charger and twin plug
Nice Hotel in Santon. Stayed here for 3 long months from Oct 2014 till Dec 2014 on my company's expense :-). Very close to Mandela Square and Santon City Mall. Very friendly staff.
This place have thing that's makes me be there is near to the Dance Club like Taboo and many more around, it's five minutes walking distance....
The friendliest staff I have ever come across, always ready to provide assistance beyond the call of duty!
I was staying in a double room with twin single beds. Their beds are not the most comfortable in the world, but the room was cozy. We did not have a mini fridge, which I thought was a little odd. The two of us were only given one small shower gel and soap to share for the two days we stayed there. My roommate called to ask for more, but it never came. Their breakfast is ok. It is a buffet, but I feel the food choices were a little limited. Their dinner had even less options, but I did not mind because I liked what they cooked. The chicken was a little dry, but I really enjoyed everything else. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
"Can do better"
No 3G connection in Hotel with poor Wifi in some rooms. There always seem to be a few guest in this Hotel that do not know how to behave and the staff is reluctant to quiet them down.Breakfast is expensive for what you get. There are nice coffee shops in the area where you will have a much better experience for less. I stayed here a few times, but not again.
