Reviews for Tshipise a Forever Resort
Rated it 4 star because I'm still a kid and in my own view i think entertainment for kids is limited than for adults. But it's a chilled place u could hangout with your family here.
Lovely place. Camping sites have neat, clean bathrooms and are well set up. Lots of fun activities to do like putt-putt and hiking. Warm and cold swimming pools which are great. There are also shops and restaurants in the resort. My experience was very pleasant ;)
It all the amenities required for a resort. Very nice. Ideal for groups.
Stunning clean friendly place can.. Can see why people stay here for months on end.. Will return.. From Cape Town
Clean, very friendly staff, great nature drives - Francois the farm manager and guide was awesome. Enjoyed tennis, put-put, warm and cold pools. A great winter vacation spot.
Great place to visit. The water from the eye is 56 Celsius and the evenings just perfect for this time of year. Love the vibe.
Phenomenal spot to relax with friends and family! Secure close-knit pools, natural amusements, very neat cottages and bathrooms as well as friendly staff!
A warm and friendly place. The restaurant is not great but if you in one of the self catering units and bring your own food it will be okay. The hot pools are definitely the selling point.
Chalets are extremely comfortable with an air conditioner in each sleeping room. Your basic sport channels, a movie channel and SABC 1 to SABC 3 is available on the television . There is a big cold water pool and a cold water pool for children. There is a big warm water pool and a arithmetic swimming pool. There is a hiking trail to the top of the mountain, the trail contains many scenic views of the surrounding areas and the view at the top is worth the hike. There is a restaurant in the resort as well as an convenience store that contains most products. The resort ground is mostly green with numerous trees. There are a few tennis courts as well. There are a few conference centres as well. The grounds around the big cold water pool is green with numerous trees around the pool to provide shade during the day.Staff are very friendly and will assist you with anything they can. I cannot deliver comment on the camping grounds as I was not there. There are a lot of monkeys and mongooses, so closing your chalets and cars are mandatory. The days are normally hot and nights are still uncomfortably warm as well.
It's so wonderful and interesting to see the richness of natural resources at a glance
Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, amazing restaurant, pools, animal life
One of the best place to go with your loved ones, friends, family or group of friends, you can enjoy the nature, good cottages and accommodations, can go camping, hiking, grill your favorite food outdoors, swim on their warm pools with natural warm water coming from volcano and be healed with their special warm bath pools. There is also souvenir and convenient shops for your needs.
It is a nice place for a holiday retreat.. however there is still a little of the racism spirit. Which is very Sad because you go there to have fun.. as for services. Us amazing I certainly can not complain. They also try to bring entertainment by playing games and fun things which keeps you busy during the day. Take note, the racism part is not from the management but from the visitors.
"A refreshing time away from home"
My family enjoyed the time at Tshipise. My kids will surely like to go back.
The resort is not in good shape and not up to our expectations for a FOREVER type resort. The shop had very little food products. The VETKOEK restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday (i.e. 4 and 5 October 2015) when we wanted to eat lunch there. The butchery had also very little meat products. Their chicken pieces were skimpy and not tasteful. The Security personnel sleeps during the night and failed to reprimand the visitors in rondavel number 24 on Saturday and Sunday nights (3 and 4 October 2015) that played loud music until 03:00 in the morning and which were very drunk.I will never visit Tshipise again and will teel everyone to stay away from this badly managed resort.Establishments Response:
