Reviews for Villa Flamenco
The bad and the good: Very good position for young vacationers, right on the beach, very sizeable shower with great fkow from the shower heads. The lounge was however salty over the walls etc, two plates on the stove tripped the electricity and other two plates were rusted badly, no maintenance done on them - after asking the property manager if something could be done we received a reply to move to another place if we weren't happy, this with an 82 year old lady as a one of the guests. Apalling managing style... mattress was very hard in main bedroom. Tap in kitchen didn't have hot water (used kettle). There was not a small braai to use on porch as advertised on photos as they have not been updated yet, there was however a braai built in around the corner which cuts out the nice view, but provides some protection from wind. Many steps with very slippery tiles (looks nice but isn't great for older or special needs folk). Perfect for young people taking small issues without a fuss at all.
Hi. It was a awesome weekend away with my family.
Sounds of the ocean from your bedroom and the ocean view while sitting on the couch
Very nice holiday home. Over looking the sea-STUNNING!!
Had a nice stay with family. Clean accommodation. Access to the beach. Safe area with secure parking.
An amazing place to chill out and relax. Great beach and tidal pool.
Fantastic experience while staying in unit 12. Very clean and cosy with beautiful sea view and easy access to the beach which was less than 50m away.
The view is amazing , you hear the sea very clearly and your meters away from the beach witch is awesome.
Very good! Nice people and meters from the beach!
Very nice modern apartment. Nice extras such as free wifi, netflix, DSTV. Would be nice if ALL bedrooms had closets to hang clothes and if the second bathroom door closed properly for better privacy.
Beautiful place. Our second time in apartment no. 12 and is as we expected, clean and homely. Must admit that the beach has changed since the last time we were here, evidence of climate change, but still beautiful and clean. Kids enjoyed themselves fully. Lovely place for a family
"Just what we needed,but..."
Superb little cottage with absolutely beautiful views of the ocean. Literally less then 50m away! Well decorated interior with lovely oceanic touches all around the villa itself! Nice comfortable setting. hearing the ocean continuously was amazing!
Only downside was the smell of newly painted walls that gave us a throbbing headache. The old cut up raw onion trick helped to ease the situation though. I'm not sure if we choose the wrong time but construction around the complex meant being woken up by an angle grinder promptly at 8am every morning . Construction workers scaling walls and balconies did not give us a sense of security. Would have appreciated a heads up prior to booking. Other than that an absolute joy and pleasure!
"HOME AWAY FROM HOME"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Flamenco and enjoyed the friendly service from Lighthouse whilst booking, as well as the cleaning staff during our stay. One could not ask for more.
