Reviews for Waterberry Hill
Pleasant complex with friendly staff. Showing a bit of age but great for kids in general.
I love the place, there is peace,we had fun it is a place that I can recommend to my friends and relatives
Lovely place, my wife loves the HUGE bath! Welcoming staff with amazing smiles! Close to Kruger and amazing Scenery! Unit clean and neat with everything we needed. Will visit again!
The place is very neat and well stocked for a self catering. The views and area are beautiful. But we booked a 2 night stay and since arriving the only time we've had power was for a few hours last night while we were sleeping. Even though this is an occurrence that is bound to happen and apparently happens often at the resort, management done very little to help make guests stay a little more comfortable during this time. All we got was 2 candles. And when the power was out the next morning we had to call to find out what was happening. This poor handling from the staff made our trip very unpleasant.
I loved the place. From the staff all friendly the view of the bushes and the quietness tops. The rooms all clean to perfection. We are defenatly coming back.
Fantastic holiday. Wonderful staff, luxuriously appointed cottages and beautiful bushveld views. Near to great golf courses, restaurants and the Kruger National Park. Will definitely go there again.
A pleasant resort to stay close to Hazyview. All the units are self catering units that are very well equipped with all utensils and appliances needed. It has a big fridge / freezer combination with a good stove, kettle and microwave. All units have all the bedding and towels you need. All units are serviced daily with good competent staff. The resort has a big swimming pool, tennis court, games room and a kiddies playground. Nice mini golf course and beauty spa. From this resort one can explore big parts of the Lowveld.
I stayed in a very clean unit, next to the pool. Had a nice view from the balcony. The stay exceeded my expectations. Nice entertainment for the kids, farm animals & etc. It felt wonderful, we enjoyed our stay.
A lot of fun activities for young children.Nice, neat and clean living facilities.Kind, friendly staff.Very nice activities in the area, too, but really no real need to leave the resort ground. Also really lovely Boma and vantage point.
I didn't feel very welcomed there. Cleaners were very receptive and friendly. Beautiful place to visit at any time.
Very nice place. Rooms are clean. Some parts like benches needs some attention and fixing, but overall very nice and will go again
The staff is amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to always assist and make you enjoy your stay. There is loads of fun activities to do in and around the resort. I recommend this resort to everyone, big, small young and old!
Only spent a day there but it was so nice...Its clean and has an awesome put put course
Spacious well-fitted large chalets on sloping grounds with several activities (pool, tennis, children's play area, mountain bikes). Also a small spa. A good 3 or 5km trail in the nearby bush. The 6km? dirt road to the resort entrance is a negative. Also be alert for roaming troops of vervet monkeys who raid dustbins.
"A Great Spot"
We all had a lovely time at this spot, highly recommend it.
cant think of better value for money in hazyview. Perfect for families and close to the Kruger.
