The spa was amazing. The food was divine.
Good food good prices
Great food, service a bit slow and poor attention to detail by staff
The general services are disgusting! Not enough doctors to look after the numbers of people. They have two people who sit with no gloves, picking their faces, noses, pimples & mouths, rolling up toilet paper for the people to use in the dirty, filthy toilets!!! They do not accommodate in anyway, to frail & wheelchair patients like other State hospitals! I asked the person who was taking the blood work, Wether she was a staff nurse or sister she asked me why & she smiled, but would not tell me! She was too young to be a sister! & she bungled the job! Could not tied the glove on & gave a terrible injection! I have had many for my back for many years, had blood all over my top, which has never happened before!! I spoke to the sister at the information desk about the toilet paper and what was happening, she just gave me a blank stare! I'm going to the Matron next month!! Most of the doctors, and there are not many on chronic, are very brusque & sometimes rude, because they are overloaded withe patients. If There was a minus star, I would tick that! Some of the old folk are really sick & just have to wait! My heart goes out to them!!! There are some really good people there, but are few & far between! !!! I am a pensioner myself, and the pushing & shoving that sometimes goes on is disgusting. Many people over the years, try to jump the queue, & very often succeed! If you approach them they are generally aggressive, because they know the are wrong. Number or no number. Joe who hands out the numbers is fantastic, & keeps tight control with giving out the numbers, but he can't be everywhere!! The PRO was not there when I spoke to the sister on the duty desk! She is really good & one of the few compassionate people at Wentworth, with a lovely manner & great empathy!! It's such a shame some of our state hospitals have come to this! !
Lovely place n get everything done in 1 place
Pretty decent mutton bunnies and Sunday lunch affordable
Went to Wentworth Hotel Spa. Was an awesome experience. And a great couples massage deal.
Wentworth Hotel was the place my husband and I went for our bunny chows, they where the place I recommended to all that I knew. The service which is average, is ok! but the Bunny Chows which has hardly any gravy and the mutton taste like soap. Finding black hair in my bunny chow twice then choosing something different beans bunny burnt to the bean and the smell. Hope you improve, really used to enjoy Wentworth Hotel.
My rating for wentworth hotel is 90% hotel staff was very welcoming, breakfast was good and we were provided with accurate directions from the city to the hotel, the only complaint i have for the hotel is the airconditioner which was not functioning and the room was extremely hot that is why i deducted the 10%. anyway keep it up guys.Luphiwana M.Eastern Cape
